5ev7erin go to "problemdetails anzeigen" and post a screenshot of what it says.

Skrrt72003 if you're on win 8 you won't be able to play pluto. If you're on win 8.1 you can try installing this http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=863276
