The launcher works but when i launch the game i does not work

Broken basegame. Assuming you downloaded it from the torrent we linked in the readme, force recheck it.

I downloaded it from piry.exe then i updated it then i put in the game folder but it got that error.
So should i reinstall the game -
Piry doesn't work, read this guide. Point the torrent to your bo2 folder, deselect create subfolder and let it compete. Should skip over whatever you have and only download whatever's missing/corrupted.
