I can´t install the launcher

Ok so I downloaded the latest version of the launcher installer and whenever I try to install it I have to verify it which is not a problem, I do that and absolutely nothing happens. No error, no message, I can't even find a process in task manager, just absolute nothing. I need help

i have windows 10 and when i open it nothing happens ichecked the taskbar if plutoniumwas running but it was not please help
