My game wont save my progress

I just started playing multiplayer with bots where i go find match and do /xpartygo and then add the bots. I do so to make some progress with camos calling cards whatsoever. But everytime I quit the game, when i come back my progress is reset. How can i save the progress?

Permissions issue likely, try running pluto as admin.
