How to get the DLC for the game

I already have the base game from steam and the Alcatraz DLC from what I bought already. I wanted to try Nuketown zombies but it doesn't work. I tried other DLC zombie maps and MP maps and it doesn't work. I know I need piry.exe whatever that is but I don't know what it is or how to get it.
