Need Help With BO2 Pluto

so every time i launch BO2 my microphone on pc levels get set to 0 and all my mic filters on my stream get reset. Anyone know why and have a fix??

try turning voice chat off in the game options.
If that doesn't work try turning off "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
System -> Sound -> Device properties below your input device -> Additional device properties -> advanced
