randomly banned?

i just got randomly banned for 6 days and i dont have a single clue why, i changed my password because i didnt remember it and now im banned? i have barely even played the last 2 weeks because ive been having issues with my pc so i dont know if this is a glitch or not

Resetting your password on the forum does not trigger a ban.
