Plutonium Updater App Closes itself before doing anything.

New User here, the launcher tries to open, but it can´t, it seems windows closes it, as I see in task manager, the Plutonium.Updater.App closes quickly after being run, while another process by windows, something about watching problems, runs at the same time and closes itself too. It seems this process detects something and closes it, I have tried running it as an administrator, no luck, I made the whole folder an exclusion in Windows Defender, I have tried Deactivating windows Defender, nothing changes, It may be something about the launcher being outdated, but I wouldn´t know. Could you please help me out? If so, Thank you so much, I don´t want to bother anyone.

Dss0 "The .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not supported on this operating system." I have Windows 10 Pro, although it is 64x Bits only.

winver -

yea that is the very first version (1507), that is too old. you need atleast 1607 to install .net 4.7.2 and that is required by the launcher.
