laucher doesnt open

when i open my plutonium laucher it wont open it is not even showing in taskbar or opening up any windows please help i just spent 13 gb on this game

Try deleting all the plutonium.exe and downlaod this

ROOZA Have you disabled you're antivirus (make plutonium an exception)?
Also, if you are useing Mc Afee, unistall that.
