StartServer.bat does nothing
-
Hi.
I try to create a server. I have Downloaded everything and used the .bat to download the server but here is the thing: startserver.bat does nothing. there is no bin folder and the app the bat is referring to: ".\bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe"
-
xmalware the bin folder it’s referring to is inside localappdata folder. Press windows key and type %appdata%. You’ll be inside of the Roaming folder. Just press back and you should see the local folder.
-
Smech You can also do %localappdata% to go directly to it.
-
Mr. Android Yeah I dunno why I didn’t say this.

If you want to keep it all under one folder
Run Downloader.bat
Now Run StartServer.bat -
Fry [problem solved nvm]
Edit: Okay, I've managed to fix the server startup problems and I am able to get my server up and running but now I'm running into another problem, I'm not able to run the server and the game at the same time, it's only one or the other? Is this intentional? or is there a way to bypass this problem?

Camelman Would you mind making a new thread and include the info? Just so OP can keep this thread for himself?
-
My bad, sure I'll make a new one.

ok so i found the issue
updater.bat , downloads the file in req i.e bin folder
but you HAVE to change location here also , the mw3 directory
then run serverrun.bat and change mw3 directory there also .
good luck
