Z3cg so first of all games do not belong into documents, move the game folder to C:\Games.
Here's a few things you can try:- Change your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
- try installing these 3 things:

https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe - Run the launcher as admin
