It's a cloudflare problem guys, they are having problems https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
You just need to keep trying and they'll eventually sort it.

Pookie_ this thread is 12 months old.. if you're actually getting the exact same error OP is getting your launcher is severly outdated. Re-download it from here: https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
