How to change my server's gamemode from TDM to FFA?

I tried changing from tdm to dm on dedicated.cfg but it didn't work, how is this done?

zuubu you have to change the following lines:

exec gamesettings_dm.cfg                       // Load the default tdm settings
set_gametype dm                                // Set the game type to tdm
sv_maprotation "exec dm.cfg map mp_.............."
