The launcher isn't opening

My problem is that i just installed plutonium launcher it opened and then i pressed bo2 zombies i pressed setup and then ran it. it closed and it keeps saying it cant install it here is the crash log

- run the launcher as admin.

i fixed it but when i try to play bo2 zombies it keeps closing the launcher then nothing happens it is selected the right folder and everything
