Game not launching

I keep trying to launch IW5 from desktop but I keep getting an msvcp140.dll and a vcruntime140.dll error code. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the plutonium launcher and it keep happening. What can I do to fix this?

Install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame.

I just tried that and it kept flashing the same error codes when i tried launching plutonium
