AnTVortex Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install everything (redists, .net, directx - dxsetup.exe in the directx folder).

AnTVortex well the launcher and game require that stuff to work, it can fix that issue.

AnTVortex that means it tries to update itself but it could be failing to do so for whatever reason. You can just delete the launcher and re-download it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe that is the latest version.

exclude only plutonium ne? then download this latest one and paste it in the folder, and start?

AnTVortex delete both, plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe and just download it via the link. You can put it anywhere, doesn't have to be the game folder.

AnTVortex no idea, that error means the update service is not running.. open the start menu and search for services -> open it -> look for "Windows Update" -> right click -> start.
