"Plutonium is not responding" HELP

Hello, I need help to be able to play BO2 with the Plutonium laucher, I did the whole installation process, and when I click "Play" the BO2, it stays loading and at the top right of the laucher it says "Plutonium is not responding "and it hangs, I have to close it with the Task Manager, I have windows 7 64bits. Thank you

mts_arg win7 is not supported, upgrade to win10.
