my launcher keeps telling me i have invalid game files and ive tried repairing the files but that still doesnt fix it

Could you screenshot your bo2 folder and game settings of the launcher?

And you already repaired your files through this guide? What antivirus do you have? And could you check pluto_t6_full_game's size and write it here?

yeah i already tried that guide before my file size was only like 9.3 GB but now its back to 13.6 GB, and as far as i can tell i only have windows defender, and the size of the file is 13.6 GB

Something is definitely fucking up your files. Also it should be 13.7GB I think, try right clicking the torrent -> force recheck. Are you sure you don't have any other AVs besides defender?
