Every time I try running my server I either just get "Sending heartbeat..."or I get
"Received SV OOB "getinfo" from (IP Address:Port Number)" and my server still won't appear in the server's list. Is there any ways for me to fix this problem?

TheDominator4567 that's normal console output. Please be aware that if you have the server hosted on your own PC there's a good chance you won't see the server in the server list due to NAT loopback.

TheDominator4567 As H3X1C Said, you will not be able to see your server list, but other people can. For mine, I just personally use my IPV4 adress with nothing else and it works fine

As H3X1C already said your router does not support NAT-Loopback, but the get info lines also tell us that you have set-up everything correctly and that others do see it.

Xerxes Ok thanks. How would I be able to play on my server? Is there a way I can direct connect to the server?

TheDominator4567 use the connect command and the internal IP address of the server. eg a 192.168.x.x, 172.16.x.x or a 10.x.x.x address.

Well it is up and running, and I figured you and H3X1C were right on 'me not being able to see the server because there isn't a NAT loopback which was why I wasn't seeing it'. But then I tried getting a friend to join me and he couldn't see it either, and couldn't connect to the server through the command line. I can connect to it via command line and play just fine, but it kicks me after every match rather than just changing the maps. I've changed up map rotations, changed some of the settings, even restarted the server a couple times, but these keep recurring. Is there another forum that revolves around these issues I could visit or is there a more complicated fix to this?

Note: This is a Zombies server I'm trying to set up.

Thats normal for a ZM Server.

Judging from the Screenshot I would say you changed something since you are no longer getting any getinfo prints.
Which port did you forward because atm your server is listening on 4978 while your game is on 4976.

Xerxes I enabled a range from like 4975:4980 via my router but I currently have it forwarded through 4978. I thought that it pinging 4976 was weird as well and haven't quite figured that out. That's been happening from the start, whether i host on port 4978 or the default 4977 it has always pinged 4976. That might be why it hasn't been showing up on the server lists. Any ideas on how to get my t6rzm game to start up on 4977 rather than 4976, as that's the port for t6rmp? And to avoid the kicking after every match end do I have to disallow the map rotations? Because I've only ever played on servers dedicated to one map at a time, which I always thought was strange, but those servers never disconnected me between games.

Figured out how to run t6rzm on 4977, I just had to run t6rmp first so it'd connect to 4976 and force zm to connect to 4977 and am once again getting those "getinfo" lines. But the server is still connecting to 4978. Although rather than my server getting those lines, my game itself is getting the "getinfo" lines that are coming from 4976.

Here is what's currently happening: Capture3.PNG

Rather than SV OOB "getinfo" running in between heartbeats of my server, now my server does continuous heartbeats until I connect, then it gets the map ready, connects me, and gets my stats, then back to heartbeats. Whereas my t6rzm command prompt never used to do anything now it does CL OOB "getinfo" in a constant stream. Even with multiplayer running off of 4976 in the background my zm still pings different addresses through that port. I'm thinking when I port forwarded with my router is what caused this switch. Before when I had the SV OOB on my server cmd prompt I only had Inbound/Outbound Rules set up on my PC, the ports weren't yet forwarded on the router. What's the difference between the SV OOB and CL OOB? And is this an issue that can be solved or am I screwed? That'd suck given all the time I've put into trying to figure out how to get it up and running for my friends and me.

Take a look at the bat files to change the port permanently so that it doesn't matter what you start first.
Also the heartbeat happens as soon as the server is ready to server players since that is the way it registers and stays on the server list. The difference between SV and CL OOB packages is that SV ones only interest the Server and the CL ones are only interesting to the Client.
