cant connect to the custom game

Me and my friends are trying to play custom games... We played like 3 weeks ago and everything went fine. The same friend tried to host and we can't connect to him anymore. We checked the UPNP and the IP and its all set. Does the game or the launcher updated??

joaopaulodare so upnp is still enabled for him? He can try forwarding port 4976 udp.
