So I recently got this new plutonium version after not playing it for forever.
I used Redacted first to record cinematics but i wanted to play some bo2. I installed bo2 again and installed plutonium. When I join a lobby my max fps is around the 30. But I can play bo2 around 200-300fps.

@Prepperd You could try disabling fullscreen optimizations for the bootstrapper, it's located in
      C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin
right click plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> enable "disable fullscreen optimizations".
