i did this added it to steam as a non steam game and still it closes down but my anti virus said it deleted something but i redownloaded plutonium so that can not be the problemxDailey OMG,
it does not work because your antivirus blocks the file you must add an exception for this file.

yeah but i shut the anti virus down before i closed the anti virus it gave a message that they blocked plutonium now i dont get that message anymore

xDailey You don't have to close the antivirus,
You have to add an exception for the file which is blocking,
Do you use Windows Defender? -
norton lol i did this yesterday whaty you said and it worked so im going to try it again because yesterday i got a message it said redownload plutonium and today i didnt get that message

it also blocks the acces to my internet but i cant get an exception

Download this: https://www.malwarebytes.com/
And uses Windows DefenderI tested yesterday Windows defender did not block the file "plutonium.exe" you will have no problem.

this is so fing annoying i deleted norton reinstalled plutonium into mw3 etc and it still doesnt work im going to remove the whole mw3 folder and then im going to reinstall everything

Download that - (might need to allow it on the device as it can be classed as a virus) and run it as administrator. It will add an exclusion to windows defender. (open the file with notepad to see the commands)
To note: Closing the notification that a file is blocked is not the same as adding an exclusion. Thats why you got nowhere, you never actually told your AV to ignore the file. You just ignored the alert.

Read my post from 15 hours ago, you dismissed the notification you did not turn off your AV. Most post will let you exclude pluto from your AV.
