i tried just deleting all the files that go with it and the torrent thingy but it wont let mee

sun_loy what do you mean?
Pluto clientfiles are in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium, that's all.

You have to stop the torrent first to delete them. You can even stop and delete it at the same time in the torrent client.
