Plutonium.exe unfinish download

hello guys i have this error when i trying to download the launcher
Error while downloading file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body) -
Please create a shortcut to plutonium.exe
Right-click the new shortcut and go to properties
Edit the Target field and add-timeout 600to the path
Now try launching the shortcut. This should eliminate the timeout issues. -
