What if you tried to join the regular online on plutonium? I know somewhat of what would happen but I want to know the full story.

I'm not sure what you're getting at.
Are you asking if it would be possible for Plutonium to connect to the official MW3/BO2 servers? Cuz the answer is no.

Devilboy320 not possible, plutonium is entirely separate.
