Proper offline LAN support is planned for the future yes, no ETA though.

HannesC You used to have offline LAN though, why did it get removed?
There is some mention of using -lan as a parameter. I tried using that on
plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe and it did something different but still "unable to load binary into memory"
