not letting me setup pluto

I decided to uninstall Plutonium last year because of lag, and I thought about downloading it again. So, I downloaded plutonium.exe and it was downloading perfectly fine, but then I opened the actual launcher and it said PLAY instead of SETUP. I was confused about why it was doing this because I hadn't downloaded the full game yet, so I tried to fix it and go on the launcher support. I couldn't find anything so I created my own topic about how to fix this problem.

You can change the directory where the game is from the launcher. Select "Game settings" next to the green "play" button and "Select Dir", there find the folder of game folder and it will launch the game. -
