Error when starting StartServer_zm

N0cs post a screenshot of your server folder and the contents of your StartServer_zm.bat.

N0cs i need the contents of the StartServer_zm file, right click -> edit.

N0cs even tho you didn't follow the official tutorial this seems correct. That error can also point to missing redists so try installing everything that's inside the "redist" folder.

N0cs please do delete the server key on https://platform.plutonium.pw/serverkeys as you just leaked your key.
Also make sure that your user can read and execute the dll.
