cant start the Game (multiplayer & zombies )

    When I tried to start the game from client everything was alright till black screen came and the this error appeared

    I found that location and found 2 files one with DMP format(and it was 500 mb so I couldnt upload it) and another with text and a text includes this :
    Exception Code: 0xC0000005
    Exception Address: 0xFB8A340C
    also both multi and zombies cant start and this error is from multiplayer .

      Upload the .dmp file to some external site and link it.

        luigistyle found the problem ; thanks for support
        the problem was that I have my msi after burner opened and when I closed it ; it started working but there is a way to use the msi After burner or not ?

          Probably not, I suggest keeping it closed.

            For some people it works flawless with MSI Afterburner for others it won't even start, as of now we don't know why.
