I have the same problem now. I downloaded it from Mikz vid, and the signin authenication is so god damn slow.

Current specs: ryzen 5 3600, rtx 2060, 16gb ram 3000mhz 750w 80+gold

Dunno why mikz uploads the client files into his bo2 repack but whatever. Is it stuck on authenticating? Try changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10) or use a VPN.
