      reece it means the updater is trying to update a file but doesn't have permissions to modify it.
      This can be caused by the file being locked for whatever reason in which case simply restarting your pc should fix it.
      It can also be caused by antivirus locking the file, which antivirus software do you use? If you use avg or mcaffee uninstall them, if you use windows defender follow this video guide: https://streamable.com/5giauo
