lvl 1 after reinstall launcher

i wanted to play legit without typing in console unlockall but after reinstall the launcher because it didnt launch the game for some reason. I was lvl 1 before lvl 37

plutoniums level data is saved in the luncher and when you delete the luncher you delete the data there's nothing you can do about it
