I downloaded plutonium for the first time today and upon trying to open the launcher I got the error in the title I have disabled my antivirus, changed my dns, and opened as administrator I have also looked at forum posts from people that have a similar problem but none of the provided options have worked. A .new file is not created when I launch the launcher. I appreciate any help on this issue.
