Failed to download file bin

I clicked plutonium in task manager and it said it started updating, but I ended up with this message. I tried reopening it three times, restarted my laptop, and tried downloading whatever was under the "redist" folder to fix the issue. I know nothing about computers and just want to play zombies with my friend. Any help would be appreciated.

You're probably using Webroot, it's a terrible AV and is known to cause that. Uninstall it, restart your PC and try launching Pluto again.
