.bat Doesn't Open

i can't open .bat files it doesn't work , like i open it dans it close it i dont know why , someone can help me ?

@HiroButOk a trick on how to find out why a batch file doesn't work:
- hold down the left shift key on the keyboard and at the same time right click an empty space in the folder the batch file is in.
- Select "open powershell window here" or "open command prompt here" from the context menu that pops up.
- Type in the name of your batch file into the power shell window and hit the tab key on your keyboard to auto complete it.
- Hit enter.
It will now show you what exactly is wrong, pls post a screenshot of that here.
Also post a screenshot of your server folder.
