Port Forwarding not working

in game it says that upnp is disabled but its enabled on my router so i setup port forwarding and still my friends could not join im lost on what to do

Themscope if you did do a port forward and if you have your windows firewall enabled you have to make a inbound connection for 4976 so that way when you are in game your friends and be able to connect to you
