Is it possible to use mod menus offline?

I know this is possible in BO2 but I was wondering if its possible to use a mod menu offline in MW3 (IW5)? I am unsure as to how I would go about it.
DISCLAIMER: This is strictly for offline LAN play. I do not intend nor wish to cheat or mod the game online against or with other players. I didn't see anything in the rules against talking about this, so I am sorry if this is not allowed. I am just desperate to find a menu that I can use. Thank you all!

Hey - I can't help in the actual menu front but from a Project point of view, as long as you run the game in LAN mode (which turns off the anticheat) then you can use whatever menu you would like. Just remember to always launch the game in LAN mode or the AC will trigger and ban you.

Mr. Android Okay thank you! I know you said you aren't aware of the specifics regarding the menus but do you know if it would be the same process as the BO2 version? Like creating the folders T6R (in this case IW5R I assume)\data\maps\mp\gametypes? If not its fine but thank you!
