cant join custom game with my friend

1 click on my name
2 He wrote the following commands in the console :
connect 4976
connect 165.16.60.247:4976

connect 192.168.1.7

both of those are correct and should work, the other ones won't.

Internal Port:
4976 - 4976

The rest is correct now.
