When someone quits, everyone gets kicked

Hello,
I have an issue with my t6 server, whenever anyone quits the game every player gets kicked, and bo2 shows: this session is no longer available, how can I fix it?
EDIT: I've noticed in the logs that every player has the same IP address, which absurd, what could be the cause of that ? -
