cant launch bo2 multiplayer

when I try to launch bo2 multiplayer it starts to boot but doesn't start the game when I changed the resolution
zombies and mw3 (iw3) works fine and everything but when I change the resolution the game doesn't start -

I assume it's just showing a blank screen when you're trying to start it?
When it does that try tabbing out to the console window that opens behind it and executingvid_restartin that console window.
