My PS4 controller doesn't work anymore

I use DS4Windows, and my controller was working a few days ago, even in the menus and stuff, but now all of a sudden my controller doesn't work. The only thing that works is the touchpad, and all it does is work as a mouse. DS4Windows/my PS4 controller works on all of my other games though. Does anyone have a solution?

Steam might be capturing the controller input and converting it, try turning Steam off.
