ALt5 so you completely disabled windows defender? Idk what deepfreeze has to do with that, seems to be some software that restores the system to a predefined state after rebooting?
Which graphics card do you use?
Btw: your cpu is below bo2's minimum requirements, you most likely won't get playable fps.

Dss0 thats is exactly what deepfreeze is

        you deactivate deepfreeze and do
what you want to do and them avtivated

Dss0 i got an integrated graphics
and i play mw2 perfectly even tho my processor is 2.00ghz

ALt5 said in Plutonium not responding please help me:

            ati radeon 3000hd

does not support directx 11 which the launcher requires.
            You could try this workaround:

            • Download this and run it.
            • Click "Edit List..."
            • Click the three dots right of the "enter a process or folder name" field and select "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin"
            • tick the "force warp" checkbox and select "11_0" from the "feature level limit" dropdown menu
            • Hit OK & try the launcher again.
