    Hello, yesterday I bought a root server and followed the steps to install a server on it. My root server has Ubuntu 18.04. When I look in the /root/ directory, there is a plutonium file that says " linux builds are broken for now ". Could someone help me and tell me what to do. and secondly when I use the command "wget https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium -O plutonium &&
    chmod + x ./plutonium &&
    ./plutonium -install-dir ./pluto "I get the output" ./plutonium: Line 1: linux: command not found
    "and when I use the command" steamcmd + @ sSteamCmdForcePlatformType windows + login <STEA MUSERNAME> + force_install_dir ~ / server + app_update 42750 validate + quit
    -bash " enter this as output " STEAMUSERNAME: file or directory not found "

      Checker5005 said in Linux server setup pls help:

      login <STEA MUSERNAME>

      what do you think you have to do here?
      Replace <STEAM USERNAME> with your steam username, you can't download games off steam without being logged in.
      No offense but i wouldn't recommend trying to host servers on linux without any previous experience when it comes to linux, using the command line and bash scripts.

        Checker5005 Stop creating new topics and reply to this one instead. You can't run the launcher on linux as it's a .net application so you need to use wine (software that allows .net applications to run on linux).
        Again, if you don't know this you probably shouldn't use linux to set up servers, just install windows server.
