Server not showing

these are my Decdicated_ZM file the start.bat works perfectly it says it running I did the status command got the heartbeat with no players in the playlist but when I check the list it doesn't show and when I try using connect ip:port it works so I'm think my config is wrong or something by the way the port is going through my Ipconfig IPv4 not my public IP
