My Plutonium randomly stopped working when i woke up and i just downloaded it yesterday and it worked fine then.

The launcher is directed to A:\Pluto whilst your game files are located in A:\Pluto\pluto_t6_full_game. So "Yesterday worked fine" is doubt unless you changed your game directory and forgot to change it from the launcher.
