Launcher freezes when i click launch for bo2 and game doesnt launch after launcher closes

Everytime i click launch for bo2 the launcher freezes and then closes but doesnt open the game, this is a new problem and didnt happen when i first installed it a couple of days ago

i have the same problem since yesterday, i reinstalled the game but still, i feel like the new update is stuck, and the launcher freezes
i only use windows defender and i already made the exclusion on the folder
