I cant setup the BO2 and the BO2 zombies

when i open the selected file (plutonium.exe) only creates me a new plutonium (plutonium.new.exe), i open it, and gives me this error
(the spanish parts says "access denied to folder" )
the, appears a windows saying "luanched in LAN" and opens the plutonium launcher, and, if y clicl setup, that opens me the file manager, i select the game folder, but nothing happens after that.
and if i use the downloaded plutonium launcher, doesn't give me that error, but the same thing happens.if someone can help, i will apreciate a lot

Move the game out of documents to somewhere else like C:/Games or so, delete both the .exes, redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin.
