        solved. but it wasnt the antivirus. i searched the file plutonium-bootstraper-win32.exe and created a icon in desktop of it. so i launched that file and worked

          Lukk111 that's not what you're supposed to do lol.. that way your game will stop working when a new update is released.

            yep. i noticed that the game doesnt open just the launcher. also i tried to delete the folder Plutonium in AppData and open the launcher just to see it installing the files again and showing me the error of the beginning. its strange 'cause i played mw3 days ago and it worked perfectly

              Lukk111 telling you, it's your antivirus. plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe is flagged by most av software (false positive).
              that's why the launcher has trouble downloading it because your av software instantly flags and locks (or moves) the file.
