How to make zombies drops sound play on pickup

Hi im trying to make my Plutonium Server play the "zombie blood" & "blood money" sound effects on pickup. i have used Plutonium for a while now and haven't seen anything in the forums regarding it.
I have seen some server that have it so maybe im doing something wrong. Any help will be appreciate it -
