First connection : banned

Hi,
I just download the game and when i launch zombie for exemple i have an error saying 'Could not authentificate to Plutonium: you are banned. Your ban will expire in 85 days. So i create a new account and the days goes to 87 than a new one by changing the DNS, 92 than a new one using a VPN and it goes to 99days, what's the problem ? I'm lost

Don't create anymore accounts as it will extend your ban time. You're gonna have to wait that long. -
Thothomas37 where did you download the game from and how are you launching it? Normally it would tell you that you are banned as soon as you start the launcher (plutonium.exe) and it also tells you that trying to evade your ban will only lead to further punishment. Why you would think that creating new accounts and using vpns would get you unbanned is beyond me, anticheat would be pretty pointless if it was that easy, wouldn't it?

Don't remember maybe i get the wrong link to dl the game and i'm lauching it with the plutonium.exe directly. i don't have any message when i launch the exe but just this one when i try do go in zombie or anything else.
It was hope maybe ? the hope that it was just a mistake lol
So if i install the game properly and go with a fresh account it will be good or no ?Thanks for your reply.

Again: how are you launching the game? Maybe provide some screenshots. -
i'm sorry i delet the game after this to re-dewonload it but yes i remember a message when the game was loading, white on red backround saying something like an issue occured when logging [...] error 403 (i think)
I was lauching in the files with the .exe named plutonium than a console appear and the game launch, the message in red appear then the launcher is here with the games, then i click on one of them and boom the banned message -

Thechrome37 401 means that the username and/or password you entered were incorrect. You can delete the Plutonium folder in %localappdata% to reset that.
We're still looking into the ban, i'll get back to you later.
